Automated sanding line GUYSON RXS400

The RXS400 Rotary Indexing Spindle sanding line has been specifically designed for work when sanding a small component but need an automata line.

The sanded component rotates at a controlled and adjustable speed set by the operator. Sandblasting guns are designed so that the sanded component is sprayed from all angles, so all guns are placed at appropriate angles and distances from both the components and each other. Chamber door with pneumatic seal protection in case of emergency and operates from the moment the operator turns on the line for the process.

In the Guyson RXS400 internal sanding chamber, the RXS 400 works with two sealed and wear-protected ball bearing shafts that are routed to and from the sanding chamber using a rotary drive. This allows for the most efficient process when one component is loaded on the conveyor during the sanding cycle of the other component. Fasteners holding replaceable components can be quickly attached to each shaft for quick and easy replacement of the component itself. Large side doors with viewing window provide full access to the sandblasting chamber for inspection, adjustment and maintenance of the process by the operator.
