This line includes a set of manual powder coating equipment, a powder booth with a filter, a gas curing oven and a top, a rail system.

Powder coating booth

• Powder spraying work is carried out in a closed booth equipped with a safe and clean workshop.

• Designed with automatic filter cleaning using pulse current, the filter life is extended.
• The parts are transported by the upper conveyor system with less manual effort.

Powder coating furnace

• The gas-fired powder coating furnace is economical and environmentally friendly.
• 100 mm stone wool insulation is inserted between the galvanized inner wall and the colored steel outer fur, effectively reducing the temperature drop.
• The circulation fan heats the hot air evenly and maintains a uniform temperature in the chamber.
• The powder coating oven is easy to operate thanks to the PLC control unit with precise temperature control and timer.
