February 19th An important milestone for our company took place - the name laboratory of our company was opened at KTU Faculty of Electrical and Electronics. It is the first automotive electronics diagnostic laboratory in Lithuania. Students will be provided with every opportunity to test high-end vehicle electronics systems maintenance and repair equipment.
Students in this class will be able to test the most professional and state-of-the-art equipment in the field - diagnostic devices, TPMS devices, oscilloscopes, endoscopes, chip tuning devices and other automotive electronics testing devices. In order to provide students with the most practical knowledge for their work placements, they will develop competence and depth with the most professional equipment manufacturers - Autel and Launch diagnostic devices, Pico Technology oscilloscopes and MAGICMOTORSPORT chip tuning equipment.
We can be proud and happy that in a state-of-the-art laboratory, students will be able to turn theoretical knowledge into practical skills in the field of automotive computer diagnostics. The conditions created here will allow students to keep up with the fast-paced auto industry.
We are confident that the BalticDiag Automotive Electronics Diagnostic Laboratory, established at the University, will help to strengthen the skills of future professionals and provide an additional impetus for a better future. We believe that this will take the quality of computer diagnostic services to a new level.
By investing in education, we are investing in a better quality vehicle fleet that is growing in Lithuania!
“We are delighted and thankful that we have been able to contribute to and become part of this laboratory project. We will strive to provide current students and future generations with this lab with the opportunity to learn, practice, and upgrade their skills with the latest and most advanced diagnostic equipment for today and tomorrow. In order for the students to make full use of all devices, we will invite international specialists who can pass on their knowledge to the students, ”says Mantas Jasiulevičius, Director of UAB Baltic Diagnostic Service.
“Nowadays students are very interactive and they want to try everything with their own hands. As a result, we take a slightly different approach to the whole teaching process and, in cooperation with UAB Baltic Diagnostic Service, have established an auditorium where students will be able to acquire practical skills. Students began to become interested in this audience even before it officially opened, and there was interest from students in other study programs, even though such a discipline is not among their lectures. ” Mindaugas Žilys.
