Beny is a manufacturer of charging stations that has put together a range of products and solutions designed to make electric vehicle (EV) charging easier. Therefore, it can offer the most suitable solution for electric car charging stations in various scenarios, such as city streets, intercity roads, public places or private lots or homes. The ability to choose from a very wide range of products, which includes slow AC charging and fast DC charging.

The Beny 2 x 22 kW smart charging station is designed according to IEC 62752; IEC 61851-21-2 standards, it mainly consists of control box, charging connector, etc.

Dynamic load sharing function (DLB):

This function ensures proper distribution of electricity for various household appliances and directs the remaining unused energy to the charging station. When the EV charger works together with other household appliances, the dynamic load distribution box ensures a dynamic balance of the entire household current. Such a function guarantees the safety of electricity and protects against household overload, so it is possible to charge an electric car efficiently and safely.

PEN failure protection system:

A smart EV charger equipped with PEN protection actively monitors the power source being used. In the event of a fault, the protection is activated, which automatically disconnects all electrical poles, including the ground wire.

The charger has a built-in contactor that isolates the N (ground) pole. When the PEN line is disconnected, contactors KM1 and KM2 are automatically disconnected immediately. Only a minimal leakage current of less than 1mA is allowed to flow between the main power lines. This leakage current is lower than the human-perceptible current, so there is no real health risk to those using the charger.

Charging station management application APP:

Beny charging stations can be controlled using a smart application (APP) that connects to the station via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
