The purpose of this device is to speed up and simplify the inflation of tubeless tires on mounted rims. Tire inflators of this type are usually used for inflating low-profile, solid or run-flat tires. A sudden burst of air inside the tire causes the tire to be instantly mounted on the rim, and then you can easily inflate the tire to the required pressure.
