Dynomag HUB is a power test bench from the Magic motor sport manufacturer that ensures extremely accurate power measurement processes. Solid construction and made up of a combination of advanced electronic and technical components. The whole system consists of one main control panel and 2 or 4 power measuring stands with hubs. The hubs must be directly connected to the wheel hubs of the vehicle. One of the great advantages of this power test bench is that it is not installed in one place, it has the advantage of mobility.

Mobility and Accuracy:

A careful combination of electronic, technical and structural components has been perfected so that the mechanical components are robust and extremely precise in all conditions. Equipped with a movement system, teflon and rubber coated wheels allow for comfortable and easy placement at any workplace. In addition, the joint axle greatly simplifies the coupling procedure. Each power test bench unit has high efficiency power measuring brakes with an optimized cooling system to ensure the best thermal and fluid dynamic conditions. Because this power test bench does not use measuring rollers, it significantly increases the safety of using the equipment.

The control stand is equipped with the latest generation software, a Full HD display, a powerful processor and an emergency shutdown button. A convenient control menu that allows you to easily access the most necessary functions even from the first day of work. Control stand - ready to work with 2WD or 4WD equipment configurations, depending on how many connections are used. Structurally, two additional 220 V Schuko power sockets can be installed as required.

Modern interface and software:

Modern and intuitive software stores a database of checked cars. This equipment can start testing the power of cars in various modes: Sweep testing, constant revs, speed and traction tests and allows the operator to compare several different test results. Since the first test, the proprietary software of the controlled configuration – constantly updated, coordinates the data flows coming from the electronic tabs of each hub.

Ease of equipment operation:

To switch the power test stand from two-wheel drive mode to four-wheel drive mode, you just need to connect 2 additional connectors to the Dynomag Hub control stand. Unlike roller power dynamometers, where the two axles are connected by a U-shaped joint or belt, Magic motor sport all the results of the measurements are synchronized electronically, not mechanically. Thanks to the special design of the hub and centering rings, which are specially developed for this power test stand, the coupling process with the vehicle always remains the same.
