• The semi-automatic powder coating line includes an automatic powder coating system, an automatic booth system, an automatic powder processing system and a manual curing oven.

Automatic powder booth functions

• The most commonly used cyclone powder booth achieves high recycling speeds and quick cleaning when discoloration occurs.
• The secondary recovery stage is combined with a group of high-precision filters that efficiently collect ultra-fine powder, releasing only particulate air outside.
• The air cleaning system continuously transfers the spray powder from the cab floor, quickly recycling it back to the powder supply center.
• The cab material can be coated with steel, stainless steel or engine plastic.

Automatic powder spray gun system

• The central cabinet connects all the nozzle controllers for integrated control.
• Parameters set on only one master device will control the entire system.

PLC controlled powder coating re-apparatus

• Increase uniformity and consistency of quality, reduce powder consumption.
• Motion speed, stroke, position can be easily set on the touch screen with 20 stored programs.
• Standard stroke 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, accepts optional specifications.

New design powder control station

• Allows you to place the powder box directly on the funnel, which is flexible for color changes.
• Automatic cleaning of sprayers, powder hoses, nozzles by changing the color reduces labor and increases efficiency.
• Ultrasonic sieving of new powders and regenerating powders, dissolving and loosening of powder aggregates to ensure even flow of powders.
• A built-in closed powder hopper with a sensor will detect the position of the powder and an alarm in case of lack of powder will ensure a constant supply of powder.
• A convenient PLC touch screen panel facilitates the process.

Drying powder coating

• The curing oven is made of 100 mm stone wool board with galvanized steel wall, is characterized by durability and heat resistance.
• Raise quickly and evenly to the required temperature, increase production efficiency.
• With a fan that circulates hot air throughout the chamber, an even temperature is ensured.
• The heating source can be electric, gas or diesel.
• A gas oven is more recommended to save energy.
• The economical transport system includes an upper loading frame and a lower luggage compartment that requires minimal force to handle a lot of heavy work.
